Hollister sweat shirt return?

I went to michigan and bought a sweat shirt around the 21 of November and when I got it home I decided that I didn't like. So I was wondering if I have nevervworn it if I could return it around the 28th of December. I have the reciptt which the tags still on the clothing the reason that I can't return it faster is that the closest hollister store is 2hrs away

Hollister's return policy should be on the back of the receipt. Or on the bottom. Usually it's 30 days, but they may have a extension for Christmas returns.





If it's never been worn, if they can't credit you back in the original way that the purchase was made, they should be happy to exchange it for you.





If you really need your $ back you should talk to a manager immediately and let them know your situation. Returns are manager's discretion, if the manager is willing (and you raise a big enough fuss) Presto...you got cha' money back!

Reply:Phone first, then return it. I'm pretty sure you can return it as long as you have the receipt and the tag is still on it.

Reply:I believe the return policy says 30 days. But you could explain the situation to the clerk, and hopefully they might give you a store credit. Although I don't think that will do you any good, considering the closest Hollister is 2 hours away. You could also use it as a present for someone else.
