During PE im like the only person with pit stains! I use Mitchum in the morning when im getting ready then at Pe i put on Secret. I change then as soon as i go outside i start to sweat. I dont sweat anywhere but my pits. Pleas dont suggest anything that involves surgery or something wierd like that or medication. Are there any different kinds of antipersperant i can use?
Or if i cant stop it are there any tips to make it not show when i lft my arms? PLEASE
How can i sweat less?
Secret prescription strength or whatever the real name is. Its a small stick of deoderant that comes in a box, it is rather pricey for deoderant, but it works like it promises. Put it on at night, and the whole next day you smell powder fresh. I sweat just as bad as you described, but when i use this deoderant, everything on me will sweat, except my pits....it rocks, no more pit stains for me! Good luck!

CertainDry is the best thing in the world. You put it on at night, and you won't sweat at all.
Reply:Use Rexona, it is the best. Do what i used to do in PE and you won't have a problen, try to participate as little as possible and you won't get sweaty. I used to always try to be on the opposite side of where the ball used to be. No sweat stains ever! Also we used to wear white shirts so you couldn't really see any sweat stains so could you wear a white shirt?
Reply:I started using Degree, and I dont have pit stains any more! It also smells so good!! You should really try it. :D
Reply:Hyperhidrosis can be caused by undiagnosed food intolerances or heavy metal poisoning. The two are not unrelated.
I had severe hyperhidrosis along with arhhythmia, migraines and muscle twitching. I went through all the regular treatments including robinul, klonopin, drysol, and finally ETS surgery. After 2-3 years the hyperhidrosis and Raynaud's syndrome began to return.
My symptoms were caused by mercury toxicity from old fillings, which led to wheat and dairy intolerance (gluten and casein). After eliminating grains and dairy from my diet, the symptoms have gone away. I had all fillings replaced with composite material, and have been taking supplements for B vitamins, minerals (magnesium, zinc, etc.) and probiotics.
If you search, there are several sources which mention hyperhidrosis as a symptom of mercury poisoning. This can be related to wheat and dairy intolerance because mercury inhibits DPP-IV, the main enzyme needed to digest these foods.
Heavy metals don't show up on regular tests until it is provoked out of the body with a chelating agent. I wasted money on one blood test before finding another doctor who did a urine test properly.
