I don't sweat during exercise, is it a waste?

I am very fit. I work out 4 - 6 times a week for about an hour and a half each time and i noticed that i don't sweat as much as others do. Does it mean that i don't work out as hard or as long as others? I sweat very little, even after an hour of exercising. Does anyone have the same problem?

dont worry most of my friends dont sweat as much either. It just means you're used to it and it's not as hard.

I have the same problem sometimes, and it's just as effective but if you are 15mins into a cardio exercise and not as much sweat as you used to/could/etc/ and still have energy in you just take it up a notch and you will sweat! Also you might not be sweating because your dehydrated, if you drink plenty of water a few mins before exercising you will sweat more, it feels great to have all the nasty toxic liquid in you get flushed out huh lol good luck keep up the exercising, never stop!! :]
Reply:Sweat doesn't matter because some people sweat more than others. The thing that tells you weather or not you are working hard enough is your heartrate. Subtract your age from 220. Your heartrate while doing cardio should be between 60 and 80 percent of that number.
