Drink more water.
Reply:well I kinda have the same problem....you should shower every morning and just use regular body lotion instead of a moisturizer.....you could also just change ur class schedule this upcoming semmester.
Reply:you shouldn't just put coco butter on your face you should be using a moisturizing face wash. and the accompanying facial moisturizer operative word here is facial... if you don't know what would fit your skin type go to a salon for a facial and they will access your skin or see a dermatologist (best bet).
Reply:really anything but cocoa butter. the base of cocoa butter..."butter" so of course when you sweat, it will "melt" like butter. if you want just use it at night then use something other moisturizer in the morning. of course you dont need moisturizer after you sweat-all the natural oils in your skin come out which naturally moisturize your skin. just go with anything besides cocoa butter. you could use it at night but wipe it off in the morning-if you feel you need moisturizer in the am....use anything else.
Reply:Aveeno has great moisturizers. You need to use one that actually absorbs into your skin rather than sits on top. Use a thicker, heavier cream at night. This will help to be less dry in the am. Use a light one when you are going to be sweating, very few are sweat proof- just cleanse your face after %26amp; apply more moisturizer.

From what you wrote, if you are waking up dry- you do need a heavier lotion- creams are usually thicker so try a cream. Every skin type needs moisture- even oily. Stay moisturized %26amp; you skin will act better. Sometimes if you are TOO dry, your skin cannot absorb the moisture because there is a dry, dead skin barrier. Exfoliate to help remove this %26amp; then dry moisturizing.

Good luck!
Reply:use avon skin so soft an avon person is in the paper or a phone book or try finding someone online why its the best for skin
Reply:I too have very dry skin. However I have learned to manage it well. Here are some tips. 1. Eat right, no amount of cream can rejuvenate unhealthy skin and what you eat is directly linked to the health of your skin. also take a good multivitamin.

2. Drink right. don't expect your skin to be moist and supple if you are dehydrated. Drink water, Gatorade, juice. Hydrate!

3. Exercise. sweating in second period is a good thing for your skin, however inconvenient it may be during class. Try excersize out side of class so that you body grows used to physical activity. In fact nothing helps my skin more during the winter than working out and sitting in a steam room or sauna and sweating.

4. Don't bathe or shower in water that is to hot. remember that your skin is the largest organ in your body and the single most important defense against infection. hot water can damage the outer layer and cause you to peel more and feel more dry.

5. use a good cream cetaphil works wonders for me.

Good luck
Reply:My family and I have very dry skin as well. The best lotion for dry skin that I have found and will clear it up within a couple of days is Corn Huskers Lotion. You only have to use a small amount, it is clear, and it is oil free! Use this a few times to clear it up and then resume use of a normal facial mosturizer. Hope this helps.
