Its been getting really hot lately and my sister is starting to get alot of sweat pimples on her shoulder blades and back side. Is there anyway of getting rid of them or reducing the apperance of them?

Keep the area as dry as possible use talcum powder and wear cotton clothes that allow your skin to breathe better.

Reply:Umm, maybe use a body wash with salicylic acid. Then try and stay out of hot areas if possible(ie stay in shade)
Wear light weight clothing...but you know what really gets rid of them is if you lie in the sun with a tank top lying on your stomach for a while. It helps dry up the pimples but you risk getting a sunburn!!! Good luck :)
Reply:clearasil/or stridex pads. i use them in the summer and warmer months.
