Drinking water dilutes sweat?

I've lately been drinking water to help me lose weight since you need a ton of water, and I've noticed my sweat doesn't smell nasty anymore. Is this cuz the water dilutes the sweat? jw thanks
Drinking water dilutes sweat?
No not that I know of, but water is vital to keeping you cooler but also lubricates your body so less stress maybe on certain parts of the body and just drinking a lot water probably keeps you cooler.
Drinking water dilutes sweat?
definitely. you will also have more clear urine. did you know your sweat is actually mostly urine? that is why some people get yellow stains on their armpits
Reply:That is a false statement.
Reply:Well yeah, if you have more water in your body, you will be able to sweat out a higher concentration of water.
Reply:Not really...Maybe you are just showering more, since you are working out more.
Reply:I think the water dillutes and washes out some of the toxins and other impurities in your body that would cause bad smells.
Reply:sweat is salt and other fluids other than water id ask ur doctor
Reply:kinda - in so many words - water purifies the body and aids with the flow of blood. You kidneys take in dies form food and drinks etc - if you can drink water first then your kidneys will be processing a purer diet and the rest will be passed =- water also stimulates the your natural metabalism and fills you up faster when you eat therefore the end result is potentially loss of weight
Reply:Not really....Water causes your body to excrete more water, at the same time removing toxins and chemical from your bloodstream and body...Sweating is one of the ways your body excretes it....In fact, sweat is actually oderless...Only when it combines with dirty bacteria does it than start ot smell.......
