The deodorant/antiperspirant build up, which also causes yellow armpit stains, is likely caused by a combination of deodorant and perspiration. Many deodorants and antiperspirants contain aluminum salts. When these salts are combined with laundry detergent, especially in cooler water settings, they are not easily dissolved, and they remain on the fabric. To remove the stains and build up of antiperspirant, try soaking the shirts in warm water with an enzyme pre-soak product. Wash in the hottest water safe for the fabric. If the stain remains, dampen and sprinkle stain with meat tenderizer. Let stand for about an hour then launder again. To avoid new stains from forming, always wash the shirts in the hottest water safe for the fabric. To prevent these stains, allow your antiperspirant to dry completely before dressing. Wearing a cotton undershirt under polyester shirts will help absorb perspiration...

Secret has a new prescribation strength one on the market. Mitchem is also another good brand. If you really sweat excessivly go see your doctor there are various treatments. Botox just got approved for use in excessive sweat glands so your insurance might cover it.
Reply:I had the same problem. I told my doctor who prescribed me DrySol. It's a liquid that you roll on your under arms every night for a month, and then as needed after that. I swear by the stuff. It really works. Now I use Secret and don't have a problem. I had tried everything over the counter. Talk to your doctor!! Good Luck
Reply:What is causing you to sweat all the time? That is something more important to deal with because it isn't natural to stop your body from sweating.
Deodorants contain chemicals and you need to use something natural. Have you tried a crystal?
The stains are from the deodorants so get a good one, wear black shirts and the sweat marks will be less noticeable. In older days you wore a T shirt under your shirt, that may be an option for you as well.
Parents are good to talk to, they are just like you with more experience.
Something really important is to relax and ask. We all sweat and when you are working harder, you sweat more.
