I sweat even in air conditioning. what do i do to stop?

i always keep my arms down when im squished up with everybody bcuz i sweat nomatter what i dont know why

...i suffer from it too and it's driving me nuts!!!!!!:((


I've tried a lot of lotions, deodorants and medication but nothing worked...tri consulting a specialist!!


I've heard it's emotion related...and it may have to do with eating disorders to (lack of vitamins and minerals)

Reply:you can get anti persperant spary anand u won't sweat or u can use deoderant that is dove
Reply:IF you're overweight then lose some weight. I've been fat all of my life AND a heavy sweater! Everytime I lose weight, I sweat less.





ALSO try wearing cooler clothing. They make some fabrics more breathable than others. Shop for those. Try talc.
