i seem to sweat and get hot really easily recently, i try and wear as minimal clothes as possible but still i over heat,
is there anything this could be/i could do about it?

In my opinion, it sounds to me like you may have a hormonal and/or glandular problem. I would get to a doctor ASAP who can refer you to an endocrinologist if hormones and glands are indeed your problem. Hope this helps!
