I can never get to sleep. I'm 19 and 496 pounds, does my weight have anything to do with the fact that i cant get to sleep? Im always swimming in sweat aswell i know thats not good but how do i stop myself sweating so much and sleeping more?

You should exercise more in the day. I used to have that problem but i noticed that when you do something really tiring in the day, you'll be tired at night. You won't have to FORCE yourself to sleep. If you sweat, then turn on the airconditioner. I know it's not good to do that in winter, so probably you are overcovering yourself with the bed sheets. Or you could do something else to fall asleep, why don't you watch TV in bed or on the couch, you'll fall asleep at one point.And don't sleep in the day, or else you'll be less tired at night. Sleep is very important, for the skin, for your body, for your eyes, for your health, everything! So get a lot of it.

Talk to your dr. You need lots of help.
Reply:Is it because of something you eat or experience before you get to sleep? Like a movie or too much paperwork? Is your air con on high?

Reply:i cant slep either but thats for differant reasons but i can empathise. you have already answered your question, YES, set yourself up with a rutine. exercise will make you tired and help you loose weight So you WILL sleep.
Have a nice long sleep for me whilst your at it
