My hands often sweat .I have been told it's normal when they sweat in some certain situations . But i think what i am having is not normal because even when i get so much involved in ,for instance, playing any game...my hands start sweating . When i go to a party or something , the same happens because i get nervous. I want to know if there might be a health problem or not.and if there is what is the best way to at least decrease the occurence of this embarrassing thing . Please help.

pee on your hand every morning... it must be the first pee.... it is gross but hey it works.... and it's cheap

See your doctor. It may be that this is just what your hands do.....but, if this is something new get it checked out. It is always nice to have an answer to something not understood.
A highschool sweetheart experienced the same. His doctor said it was normal for him, with no further explanation.....
Can't be a nice feeling, though.
