i had this problem when i was at college, it is very embaressing and upsetting. It is very common yet no one talks about it. You do not neccessarily need to visit your doctor. Diet, washing and being healthy dont seem to be anything to do with it so dont worry about that. If you have a boots chemist near you, get down there, they have a special deodorant that you put on at night and it treats the root of the problem (really sorry i cant remember the name - it is common though) or ask anyone at the pharmacy counter if you cant find it. It is uncomfortable whilst its treating you but persevere, its really worth it. I used it a few times (thats all i could manage) but amazing-it has totally fixed the problem, i now own tops with sleeves and the problem, touch wood, has not returned for years. Just wish i could remember the name of it!! They will be well aware of it in boots though, as long as you ask someone with a brain!!

maybe your not healthy. eat balanced foods
Reply:it's called hyperhidrosis. you need to see a doc
Reply:that's very natural, it's extremely hot. Don't try to prevent sweat, it wouldn't be healthy. Drink plenty of water, and take a shower at least once a day.
Reply:The best advice i can give is go talk to your gp- it could be normal for you- or there could b something underlying.
Reply:i don`t have a sweat problem but i think you should eat healthy food and drinks lots of water that will help cool you down.
Reply:I get it too, even when it is freezing cold!

I went to see my doctor and he gave me some cream stuff that you put on when you get out of the shower/bath and are still wet, that helps. If this doesn't work then he may refer you to have laser surgery or botox under your arms as this destroys some of the sweat glands that are causing the problem.

Make sure you go and see your GP though, he will definately be able to help.

Good luck (\ *-* /)
