From where sweat comes?

my hands sweats too much. so, any one please advice me what should i do?
From where sweat comes?
Hyperhidrosis is excessive sweating, which can be focal or diffuse and has multiple causes. Sweating of the axillae, palms, and soles is most often due to stress; diffuse sweating is usually idiopathic but should raise suspicions for malignancies, infection, and endocrine disease. Diagnosis is obvious, but tests for underlying causes may be indicated. Treatment is topical aluminum chloride, tap water iontophoresis, botulinum toxin, and, in extreme cases, surgery.

Please see the web pages for more details on Hyperhidrosis.

Reply:Sweat is a liquid, mostly water, that comes from the body when it is hot. It comes from pores in the skin. These pores are so small they can not be seen. Skin has a lot of pores. Sweat is salty.

Sweat comes out when the body is hot because it helps cool it down. The sweat takes the heat from the body when it evaporates turns to gas.
Reply:from your body.
Reply:from sweat glands during excretion process
Reply:Your question have two parts. The first part first as it is of importance to all

1- When outside temperature is more compared to the body it start a mechanism to offset the effect of out side temperature on skin and external surface of the body. Skin have sweat glands. These glands extract water and salt from blood in capillaries below the skin and pour over the surface of skin. As outside temperature is high the water and minerals spreading on surface of skin evaporate. This process of evaporation consume lot of heat from the external layer of the body and because of this consumption of heat the temperature of body is maintained and not affected by out side high temperature. The sweating is more visible and felt when the outside air is humid. In case of dry air and high temperature the sweat is not visible but outflow of water is higher. So one need to be cautious.

Sweating is not bad but excessive outflow of water and minerals in the form of sweat could cause many problems. So in case of excessive sweating one should try to balance it by oral intake of water, sugar, salt and lemon

2- Now coming to sweating in your hand- this have nothing to do with the general process and temperature maintenance mechanism of body. If I try to explain it here it could create confusion. Please consult your doctor.
Reply:Sweat glands under the skin. Wash your hands with plain water and dry with a soft cloth.
