How to remove sweat stain from valuable t-****? (valuable to me at least)?

I have a t-shirt from 1990 which is very valuable to me. There is a sweat stain on it %26amp; I'm wondering how best to remove it? The t-shirt is white %26amp; cotton. Would a dry cleaner be able to do it? Is there any other professional means of getting the stain out, if I'm not able to do it at home? Thanks.

A sweat stain should come out in your regular wash cycle, Pre-treat the stain with Liquid detergent and let it soak over night. Then toss it in the wash with your other whites.


If for some reason it does not come out, do NOT dry it, take it to a drycleaner and they will be able to get it out for you.
Reply:Well if it is all white you could try a sparing amount of bleach, then wash it instantly. Another option is meat tenderizer, wet the shirt and rub it in and let it sit for awhile, but that doesn't last as long, but is not as harmful, as bleach.
Reply:im not sure if this is gonna work or not, you can hand wash the stain, but use hand soap not detergent.
