Why do we sweat?

why do we sweat so much when we have a nap in the fternoon or evening?
Why do we sweat?
to cool down the body
Why do we sweat?
so you don't overheat and die!

Reply:it is the body's natural reaction to cool you down once it reaches a certain temp
Reply:Sweating regulates body temperature.
Reply:to release toxins from the body and to cool us down, like how pigs roll in the mud.
Reply:You sweat because it is too warm when you are sleeping or where you are sleeping. Turn heat down or cover lighter. Sweating is the way nature cools the body.

Reply:sweat is nothing but water that cools down your body. If you were to never sweat, you'd never relaly cool down. In a way, the amount of water u drink is usually used up when ur sweating. Sweating is good for u, so sweat away ;]

Reply:Well, we sweat to cool down the body. As the sweat evaporates from your skin, it cools you down.





As far as the nap in the afternoon or evening...not sure about that because I get the same thing.





In fact, I sweat way too much in my opinion. I hate it. No doctor seems to have a clue.
Reply:its the body's natural way of cooling off, when you shiver cause you're cold...thats the body's natural way of heating itself up
Reply:Generally we sweat because of the hotness in the environment. and by the question when having a nap if you get hot you start to sweat or .. if you have some type of aggresive dreams like doing something hurry or horrified dream etc you sweat due to fear....
Reply:our body maybe overheated while we sleep so that why we sweat man.
Reply:to release salts that we don't need 4rum our bodies.
