I sweat a lot. Is there anyway to stop or at least minimize the amount I sweat?

It's genetic. My Dad was this way and now I am, too. I sweat like a mule. (I know the expression is "sweat like a pig" but pigs don't actually sweat. I did an Internet search and learned the equine species is the one that sweats most: horses, donkeys, mules, etc.)

I keep the air conditioning cranked up in my home and car; I wear cool clothes; but I still sweat. Not just underarms, but my neck, my head (I wear a pony tail all summer to keep my hair from being soaked in sweat and limply lying on my head), my back... you name it.

Consult your physician. Probably you need calcium.

I wish I knew too.
Reply:yeah... theres a special deoderant that you can buy anywhere... wal-mart... target or anything... its called certain dry. its a roll on one, and it works really well. but, make sure that you follow the directions, or it wont work.
Reply:I tend to sweat alot too. I started using Certain Dry Anti-Perspirant at night. And in the morning I'd use my regular deoderant. It really helped alot.
