If you dont sweat when you jog/exercise, does that mean your not really burning any fat or calories?

and why is it good to sweat

you do, the first twenty minutes or so you just burn off water and after that you styart to burn off fat, but if you dont sweat it means your body has no water, sometimes you may sweat ALOT when you are not really tired but it just means that youve drunk alot of water lately. for girls sweating is actually good cvause it cleanses your pores if you wash your face after a good workout. just remember to lose weight you need to walk/jog/run for at least thirty minutes, what i do is walk for about 15 just to get my body going and start running after twnty to burn off fat faster.

Reply:no sweat can mean dehydration, sweat is good because who really wants to pant?
Reply:sweating is a negative feedback mechanism of your body

when it detects that your body temp is increasing..

it is a mechanism that cools you down

but it doesnt necessarily mean that you dont burn calories..

in fact, you are still burning calories even if you are at rest...

sweating has good effects on the body..

it not only cools you up when your getting hot,

but also, it excretes the waste products of your body..

sweat has some of your toxins..so the more you sweat,

the more you eliminate the waste products of your body

aside from bowel and bladder elimination...

thanks
