Why do I sweat so easily?

I sweat when others around me don't. I am a 22 year old guy, weighing 136 pounds. I am Chinese, and I work out.

You may have a hyperactive thyroid gland or just a very high metabolisim rate either one will cause that.

There are also some other things but they are very rare. If it is a tremendous problem for you then you could have surgery to remove some of the sweat glands

Reply:Cause you're a dirty pig
Reply:It sounds hormonal.

The #1 hormone - because it can affect the production of all the other hormones - is insulin. Ask your doctor for a fasting insulin blood test . Ask for a copy of your results. 10 or higher is abnormal for an adult.

Your symptoms could be related to low blood sugar. You may want to check out www.hufa.org, and click on the symptoms link to check yourself out.
Reply:there is treatment for this it's BOT OX Really i saw a special and they inject it where the sweat glands are predominate. My sister also has this problem. Good luck
Reply:Your body is different from other people's body, so probably your sweat glands act faster than others. Most people do not know this but, one of the main reasons we sweat is because when we exercise excessively, our bodies get over exhausted , the sweat acts as our cooling system. Think about a time when you were super ill, your body is extremely hot and your sweating for no apparent reason ( no excercise). what's happening is that your body is cooling down plus it is getting rid of the bad sweat. But you may want to check with a doctor about your sweating problem and get professional advice.
