I am freezing and completely exhausted!?

even after a 30 minutes jazz duet class with my best friend I am freezing, while still wearing a sweatshirt and she's in a tanktop and shorts and sweating. Even my teacher's sweating and she's not dancing that much. I am also sweating, but I am really cold. I used to get hot from dancing, but for the past couple of weeks I have been freezing. I am also exhausted and even when I get up onto my bunk bed I am completely out of breath. Is there anything wrong with me?
I am freezing and completely exhausted!?
You got some kind of viro infection go to a doctor and get antibiotic.
I am freezing and completely exhausted!?
It doesn't sound like a viro infection. Geez....

You might consider getting your thyroid tested. That is a sign of low thyroid. There are many other causes of feeling cold all the time. This could be from anemia or circulatory problems related to diabetes, high cholesterol or many various other disorders. You should see your family doctor for a routine check up and labwork to know for sure!
Reply:I had similar symptoms - body thermoregulation and fatigue.

These can be caused by undiagnosed food intolerances or heavy metal poisoning. The two are not necessarily unrelated.

I had severe hyperhidrosis along with arhhythmia, migraines and muscle twitching. I went through all the regular treatments including robinul, klonopin, drysol, and finally ETS surgery. After 2-3 years the hyperhidrosis and Raynaud's syndrome began to return.

My symptoms were caused by mercury toxicity from old fillings, which led to wheat and dairy intolerance (gluten and casein). After eliminating grains and dairy from my diet, the symptoms have gone away. I had all fillings replaced with composite material, and have been taking supplements for B vitamins, minerals (magnesium, zinc, etc.) and probiotics.

If you search, there are several sources which mention hyperhidrosis as a symptom of mercury poisoning. This can be related to wheat and dairy intolerance because mercury inhibits DPP-IV, the main enzyme needed to digest these foods.

Heavy metals don't show up on regular tests until it is provoked out of the body with a chelating agent. I wasted money on one blood test before finding another doctor who did a urine test properly.
