Why we sweat more in humid condition?

why we sweat more in humid condition?
Why we sweat more in humid condition?
You don't, it just doesn't evaporate like it would in non-humid conditions. Its all about the movement of water, and if the air is already very dense with water particles (ie. humidity) then the liquid on your skin is less inclined to enter the air. But in very dry conditions, the water on your skin evaporates quickly and this cools you down.
Why we sweat more in humid condition?
Because you get hot ??
Reply:We don't sweat more in humid condition. Actually the sweat doesn't dry fast enough when its humid. As a matter of fact nothing dries fast enough in humid condition. When there is already a lot of moisture in the air, the rate of evaporation is slowed down.
Reply:because the heat gets to your body and naturally its your bodys way to give of that heat
Reply:We don't sweat more in humid conditions. In humid conditions there is alot of water in the air, and it is this water that condenses on our skin and makes us wet.

We then think we are sweating more, only because we can't see the above process happening.
Reply:sweat is your body's way of trying to cool itself, high humidity and heat = hotter temperatures to the human body, hence we sweat more. It is also a way to cleanse your body of impurities.
Reply:During humidity the concentration of Water in the vicinity is higher, resulting sweat evapourates to the air.Sweat travels from higher concentation to a lower concentration.
Reply:Bcoz the water vapour in the air gets condensed on ur skin and u feel as though u r sweating. I suppose!
