Percentage of fat cells in sweat??!?

I usually sweat alot when i excercise at the gym, almost like 1 liter or 2. How much percentage of fat cells are there in that amount of sweat?
Percentage of fat cells in sweat??!?
0 percent. There is no fat in your sweat, just water, and you should replace that water by drinking a lot while you exercise.
Percentage of fat cells in sweat??!?
Ur loosing water no fat ...its ZERO
Reply:Fat cells are cells in the body containing fat. They don't leave the body, but are converted into energy through your workout. New fat cells are made when you eat more then your body uses. Keep up the exercise and you won't have to worry about fat cells anymore.
Reply:ur losing salt and water not fat thats what a lot of ppl think but there wrong just try to get your heart rate up and youll lose calories then there is 3500 calories in 1 pound just to let you know...
Reply:You are just turning fat into muscle and once you stop exercizing it will all go back to loose fat.
Reply:None! And everyone above me is wrong. When you would out you do not lose fat cells. You will never gain fat cells. Every person is born with a certain amount of fat cells and thats how many they have their whole life unless they get surgery. When you work out your fat cells shrink making you lose inches.

And there is no such thing as turning fat into muscle. Your just making your fat cells smaller and your muscles bigger. It's not even a direct correlation.
