If you sweat because of the hot weather, do you lose/burn calories?
No.





You might lose water weight, though, because your cells are becoming dehydrated. That's why sauna's aren't a good idea - they make you lose a few pounds, but it's permanent because it's not fat.

i think that it just means that ur dehydrated... to teh girl above... do u mean temporary ?
