i sweat so much my palmes of my hands always sweat and so does my back. What can i do about it cuz when ever we have school dances i am always sweating ! then i dont want the guys to hold on to my back cuz im so sweaty what can i do about this

try putting baby powder on the spots that sweat...this will help absorb some of the moisture!!

Reply:Either your school has no air conditioning, or you are nervous about school dances. Calm down and think about the positive side. Dances are usually fun, so why not have fun as well. Take your mind off the negatives, and you'll be fine.
