When im dancing or working out...?

and im just starting to sweat and feel like im acually losing weight, i always have a really really painful cramp on the left side of my stomach. Sometimes it so bad that i have to stop what im doing and sit down. I hate this because after i sit down im not sweaty anymore. im one of those people who only think there working out if there sweating. like im sweating the fat off. Anything i can do to prevent the cramp?

well normallty when i work out and get that cramp its cuz im breathing through my mouth if you breathe through your nose it helps alot for me....

Maybe its because you need to rehydrate yourself...stop and make sure you drink water
Reply:you get that pain because you are inhaling air when you are standing on your right foot ( this is very common, and is invoulantary) which is puting pressure on your liver which cause that cramping feeling to get rid of it try to breath on other foot and streatch it out before you dance
Reply:u need to top up in energy. lucozade, red bull or fruit juice. u lose alot of salt and water frm body. u need to keep topping up. some need sugar or/and water. u get it in fruit, fruit juices, energy drinks etc.
Reply:Both above suggestions are good. You need to be sure you're hydrated, and that your electrolytes are not depleted.





You also need to be sure you're appropriately fed so that you have the right balance of energizing substances in your system.





Proper breathing during exercise helps ensure you're getting the most from your workout.





Abdominal exercises will also strengthen those muscles that seem to be letting you down.
