If you eat alot of greasy, fatty or spicy foods it will increase your B.O. Also, not drinking water(at least 64 oz. a day) will definitely make things worse.

Try a spray on deodorant, and use it on your whole body. Also use a good deodorant soap(I like lever). Cologne is to ADD scent, NOT cover it. If you try to mask the odor, it will be worse! If you have oily skin, you may also want to try an anti-acne body wash. It will help dry up the excess oil that adds to the B.O.

One more thing, make sure your clothes smell fresh. Use good laundry soap, and a spray like febreze to freshen them up. Household odors will get on your clothes, making you stink, so use air fresheners to help. Good luck, don't be so hard on yourself, though, I know a few young guys with this problem.

if its REALLY bad, use rubbing alcohol. It'll dry it out.
Reply:Welllllll do you shower every day?

you cant smell your own body odor because you are around yourself so much that your mind blocks out things like that that you are constantly smelling

have you ever herd of deoderant? Its something you rub on your arm pits when you get out of the shower so you dont smell. ask your mommy for some
Reply:well, put lotion on you and some colone that lasts a long time mabe that will work??? i hope i helped
Reply:go see a doctor.
Reply:For seriously sweat and odor problems, you may want to see a doctor. There are such things as over-active sweat glands and such, and he may be able to prescribe you something, or give you some kind of topical solution to help with it. For super serious cases, I have heard that they do a bit of surgery (nothing major, all outpatient) on the glands. I am sorry you're going through something like this, I am sure that it has been very difficult. This is the best advice I can give, I hope this helps!
Reply:a healthier diet does help but remember kiddo the more you sweat the more you will finally clear out those pores of yours so SWEAT SWEAT SWEAT AWAY!!!!

THATS WHAT MY UNCLES USED TO SAY YEP YOU ARE A GUY NOT A GIRL BUT YOU GET THE POINT DO NOT PUT CREAM OR POWDER WITHOUT A GOOD SHOWER WITH LOTS OF SOAP!!FIRST!!!!
Reply:I'd gladly trade places with you. I have the reverse problem. I have a reduced ability to sweat and almost don't sweat at all. As a result, my body overheats and I get hot, my skin gets hot and red and I feel tired and fluish. I would think twice about getting any treatments such as botox to stop sweating. Sweating is good. It cools your skin. I heard that those people who get those treatments of botox for under their arms, the sweat comes out of their face and their nose (it has to come out somewhere)

Try talc powder. You can get it at the Body Shop. That what I used when I worked in a foundry.

Maybe try going on a betablocker in the summer. Its a high blood pressure pill that slow down your heart a little and you will not feel as hot. An example of this drug is Atenenol. But if I were you, I would just apply antiperperant a few times a day and change shirts and live with it. There are worse things in life.
